Rubber City and its staff have a long-term professional and very productive relationship with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) and include staff in all Divisions (Material and Waste Management, Surface Water, Air Pollution Control, etc.)
